Reminds me of a manager and his wife, who can say anything she wants to the techs, wrong or wronger, and get backed up 100%. Neither of which even understand much about cable, telling techs their modem upstream is too high - you need to put an extra splitter on it, 100 foot drops should be rg-11 [that's all I run anyways, but I don't replace good, well-installed, proper-for-length drops all willy-nilly, especially when I'm not getting paid for it and it won't help the customer]
On a related note, team of quality-minded techs seeking work in the south for a company not loaded with hacks. Why is my hand brown?
