Departmental budgets are done the year before.  The $17-million was budgeted long before he was even hired.  Someone is trying to make a coincidence out of nothing.

Like I said before, I hate the Oblama clan.

There is no "Maybe" to the story.  The only factual truth in that story is the fact that he's Mrs. Oblama's brother.  I could care less about his win/loss record as the main point of the story is the inference to collusion and nepotism.....and that part is false.
