Time Warner cannot release the info, nor would they if they could. If they got rejected for any work you did I can guarantee someone would be looking to you to fix it. I have seen this many times and usually it means that someone is using the money they owe you for something else, mainly themsleves. Check with the state laws you are in regarding the filing of leins for work you have completed, some won't allow you to unless you file in advance andsome have even stranger rules and laws on leins, however, once a lein is filed I can guarantee you youwill either get paid or the prime will get fired. A letter of intent to file a lein works wonders in getting paid, but will screw you in getting any more work fromthe prime or the MSO. Kinda screwed either way alot of times, whether you can or will file a lein I would get out ANYHOW and count your losses. I have thousands owed to me from unsavory primes over the years..... but I believe in KARMA......
