The others are right...Get out QUICK while you're still not buried in their chargebacks. You can not find out any info from the MSO. The more important part though is your contract is with them NOT THE MSO. They must have documentation from the MSO to uphold their chrageback to you. They can't hold your money until the MSO accepts work unless your contract states that and if it does state that you need to RUN FAR FAR AWAY.
