The uniformed men and women who actually serve are the only efficient part of the military. The civilian leadership is brutal. Just like Dodd trying to add a replacement engine program for the F22. A brand new airplane and because Pratt and Whitney is in Ct, he tried to stuff in a 300 million dollar program to help with his re election bid. I know he eventually dropped out of the race, but this is just one example of the literal throwing away of our tax dollars.

Do you know the federal gov't actually expects between 5 and 10 percent waste a year. The budget is 3 trillion a year roughly, and that is before healthcare. so between 150 and 300 BILLION are wasted by their own estimates.
