Chargeback employees..........just not legal!
You can fire them or reduce their pay. The $100.00 on time guarantee= accept one job at a time...get paid and inspected and then accept another job.
I once, accepted a pile of AM jobs that arrived at 11:00AM. All were late considering the over one hour drive to the closest address. When the "I'll watch your back on this one"....... became..."you gotta take the good with the bad on this team".....and they hit my check I quit and never looked back.
These companies will eventually run out of techs to steal from......then they will have to steal from their customers.
Heard any good ones about where the refer-a-friend money went?
