Goodsky, what do you think is happening right now. Honestly, what do you think is going on. Pelosi is trying to get the House to pass the Senate bill so the POTUS can sign it into law.

Maybe Im not understanding you correctly.  But you seem to be saying that the House and the Senate are passing two different bills.
