I was very clear. Not vague or trying to convince you that black is white. The idea that there was a surplus is a stretch, to try and give unfounded credit to clinton. His policies literally did nothing to claim this fame. He is another stain to our history. You haven't proved a thing except that you will lick the ass of any lib dropping trow.
