Go to www.fordvehicles/trucks/f150/trim/?trim=harleydavidson . This Ford site does not offer a 2.9% apr. You should try this Ford website, their trucks are much cheaper than the Ford site your looking at. You can get a Harley Davidson Ford for just a little more per month. But if you can actually get a 2.9 apr then you will be getting the HD for possibly less money than a plain Ford XLT 4X4. Good Luck.
