Re: dmv report?

I've explained this before in the past.  So lets do it a different way this time and see if a light bulb turns on.

Ok ... Here's the picture:

You work for XYZ Communications doing installs and service calls for Major MSO.  You are an employee or sub-contractor doesn't matter which:  But you drive your own van/truck to do your work.  You pay your own full coverage auto insurance out of your own pocket.  You have 3 speeding tickets in your past and 1 DUI.  Your driver's license is valid and active.  Your auto insurance is valid and active.  Your truck/van is white, only 2 years old, ladder racks and magnetic signs on both sides.  On those signs it has the XYZ company logo and "contractor for" as well as the "Major MSO" name and logo.

Your driving by yourself after a lunch with no beer, doing 5mph over the posted 55mph speed limit on your way to one of your afternoon jobs.  You're distracted, for whatever reason, and plow into the back of a mini-van that is stopped at a stop sign.  The driver of the mini-van suffers a broken back and is paralyzed.  Three kids inside that same van are serious injured and a fourth kid is killed.  One of the injured kids belongs to the driver, the other three belong to three other separate families.  You rear-ended an afternoon car pool heading home.  Pretty much the "worst-case-scenario" you can imagine being in.  You rear-ended that van, so you are now cited at-fault on scene by the cops.

************************************************************

Now ...with the information above; How many lawsuits can you count and who's named as defendants in them?

I count no less than 9 different lawsuits.  How many you count?

Wanna guess who the top 3 named defendants are in all those various suits??
