We cannot just pass something because they want to move on. This is waaayy too big to just pass it because they are tired of dealing with 2 sides of the issue. We cannot trivialize this as though it was buying car insurance. it isn't. We are talking trillions here. It needs to be right if it takes another year. You can't hurt a bunch of people to give a few more comfort. It makes no sense. So this has to be fair for everyone.
