I had no issues with Amtec acytualy the were verry good to me ..i work out of buks county PA and the staff was verry good  tec and all ..how ever i herd things from othe stations that was not good..corporate AMTEC is grate ..verry good peaple. i help open the boca raton office ..and let me tell you it was gerate.. I am soprise  of what happen to you. My expirience  was good .but i  don't dout your's for 1 second..if they did you wroung shame on them .and i hope you can solve your issues with  them.
