UMC is Clark County's indiginant hospital. Clark County is where Las Vegas is located.  UMC is a "training" hospital as well and if I'm not mistaken, the only Trama Level 1 hospital in the county.  All the others in LV and Henderson are private hospitals.

So when Jose needs dialisys and can't pay for it, he heads to UMC.  Taxpayers pick up the tab.

I say send'em to Orange County, CA and start a rumor that they're child molestors.  See if they can walk across the border again after they get out of lock-up.
