Do you think this hasnt been tried and done. The tech doesnt want to do any of these things. They just want to stop getting screwed around on their money. If you are one that is not getting screwed congradulations, but there are more techs (good techs) being screwed over. If this wasnt true there wouldnt be this much interest in the subject. So I suggest you look at it from several perspectives and broaden your thinking. We are not all in the same town or the same scenerio. If all techs would stand side by side and do what they should, all could be fair. But they dont and wont so they do what their individual selves have to do in their perspective situation.
