You are completely right, It's bad enough with this current 90 day charge back that the MSO's are throwing at us. Dish and Directv want to throw a 1 year at us.. So let me get this straight... Customer passes credit check.. Directv says "good enough" for us to set up with service. Now customer decides t not pay their bill... Thats my fault? WTF... I am sticking to cable at least I can babysit a customer for 90 days.
