This will not only kill many peoples hobby, it will directly take food out of many peoples mouths. This is the first I've heard of this but then again I'm not a big fisherman, I go once in a while to get away from things so maybe it's not new but I thought some might not know. We can't take our eyes off the ball for a second with this gang that is in charge.
