People should not get into accidents with thier cars. If they kept thier cars out of accidents, then the insurance premiums would not go up. But if someone crashes thier car for no reason than to save money, then they should be entitled to collect on thier benefits.
I just switched out "unemployment insurance" for "auto insurance"
