You should hear what the new pay structure is for the south....... 80 for the box (dual tuner included) and 20 for the additional rec (dual tuner included). So instead of making 70-20 for the tuner and additional lines, you make 100 on a 4 box. If that isn't enough, you should hear what their incentive plan is for tc and sc's. Basically, you will NEVER get the bonus. It's impossible and it's his way of keeping your money since he lost all his areas.
So, I guess if you want to work for chump change, be charged for Work Comp, even if you have it, and want to bend over for a good reaming, go work for Sat Country.......
BTW, he tried to tell someone that they couldn't use their Work Comp since it had a company name on it. He's got something coming his way. We'll see how long he last from that point.
