That is clearly unprecedented and will not stand. The federal government has no authority to mandate any such bullshit and there are state atty generals standing by to file suit on that bullshit. It is not the same as car ins. You don't have to own a car and or drive. You are spewing talking points. At least try to be realistic and stop with the federal ass kissing. This is not how our system works. The states have more power and simply need to exercise their power. This bill is a power grab plain and simple..
