I was asking if you read the Bal. budget act of 1997 or the Deficit reduction act of 2005. I would like you to read them and to look up the votes, who voted yes, who voted no, and who didn't show up ( esp. the DRA) . Then tell me McCain did the wrong thing. We will get into this BS Obama care thing after we're done with your McCain BS   Sorry TOAST I see you beat me to that Question.
