The fraud that I was referring to was overcharging for services, the using of deceased Doctor's credentials, home health services, etc. There is currently not enough oversight built in to catch every one out there. it seems for every person they catch,  two more spring up to take their place. By reducing funding, and tightening oversight, you now have the ability to to stem the fraud and wastefui spending.
