Balanced Budget Act of 1997: cut Medicare by $115 billion over 5 years.
Deficit Reduction Act of 2005: cut Medicare spending by $6.4 billion.
Regardless of what you think, a cut is a cut. You say that he cut wasteful spending, right. Then why is there so much fraud in Medicare today.
This bill is designed to cut down on the fraud that exists in Medicare, nothing more, and nothing less.
