At the company I work for, I've never seen a GPS used against an employee who did their job right. Luckily they don't say anything to us if we do 75mph in a 65mph zone or if our trucks are idle for more than 10 minutes. Of course that's all subject to change at any given second. As long as you do your job the way they want you to do it, you shouldn't have any problems.
