I personally apologize to P.J Otten for the comments that I made today. P.J is a very respectable person in the CATV industry. He has always paid his contractors on time and he has gone out of his way to help people. Again I apologize for the comments I made on AOL today (4-15-99) I meant no disrespect to Mr. Otten.
