It is my understanding that the answer to the question is definitely yes. No more composite(by the foot) pricing. It seems they will start getting the same quality of work as they pay for. It is certainly a pay cut. Considering the hacks they have been hiring to complete the half assed upgrades it is no surprise..(generally speaking, if that offends you then yes you are one of them)
