The cbo has already said this bill isn't going to cut costs. They want to take money from Medicade to call it cost cutting when they are just putting it into this bill. This isn't a budget reducer. And the costs are up past a trillion dollars over 6  years. Yes they said 10 but it won't even start for 4 and they will start the payments now. This item is not for budget reduction........it is for health care that the poor can already get if they just fill out the paperwork.
