I worked for a company that does that and they monitor everything
If you did more than 70 you were reprimanded up to the point of a payroll deduction
If you idled more than 10 minutes the same thing happened
They also tracked your every move all of the time
It really was kind of unnerving with all of the other stuff to worry about all day long they throw on the idling and speed monitoring as well as location tracking it felt like I was back in junior high
