Re: against the death penalty? Really?


While I agree it doesn't really matter how they physically appear, his attempt to legislate from the bench is another example of how ridiculous and arrogant our judicial (activists) have become. Once they don the robe they, in many cases believe they are some sort of god. In a sense they are. The real problem exists in society, judging others(no pun), egomaniacs, uneducated masses, prejudices in all forms etc....I believe we all can be better. The idols we behold as so called leadership need to be reigned in as we are on a road leading to an unfinished bridge. The image I am reminded of is a very large piece of road very high up that I saw many times in california a long time ago. I could almost swear it was used in a keauno reeves flick with the bus approaching the unfinished end. Not a good ending in real life.....Or how about the chicago I-94 skyway with a big chunk out of it. Who would want to fall off a bridge and end up in gary indiana?
