Placing in Comm, labor (grunts), the forman always sets up the %, by the hour: 10-20, Placing in power, now your'e going to need a Master electrician on your crew, 35+ an hour, there's always a rub there because first, this guy may hold a license but he's going to be the dumbest f*ck on the crew, won't so much as put cones out, and on 2 out of 3 days is making more money than the forman.
