That's "assuming" a name is even attached to the post! I find it hilarious  a company advertising for help and demanding you provide everything necessary to fulfill a contract! That should be a clue right off the bat that they either don't have a contract or they are another one of the "good ole boys" that has a contract waiting for the "suckers" to fulfill that contract for them, for chump change! This biz died years ago. A prime example of "unfettered" capitalism! HSP? What the heck is that in terms of capitalism? Putting the fruits of your labor in the hands of a few is the destruction of capitalism. Yet, in this industry, that destruction flourishes!
