You must be new to the world of communications! This is the oldest trick in the book. People/companies advertise with antisipation of getting the work! I have seen it for over 19 years. I can't begin to tell all the head hunting companies advertising on other websites looking for let say engineers for example. They through a dollar figure out there to see what type of resumes they get. How many they recieve only then do they propose a bid to the client. It's been going on for ever!!! Just move on & when you see their add again...well your decision!
