Why is people helping by donating to a jar? They are doing it because they want to not because they are forced to. Being free to help is better everytime. You go ahead and think government is the answer to everything. The Soviets did........look where it got them. Bread lines, shoe lines, food lines.........it isn't the answer and never will be.
