Be relieved you only have 2 carriers, we use 4 downstream and are getting ready to add 2 more. If you don't already have a monitoring program, suggest it, I go through the one we use daily to look for nodes that need attention immediately and give the guys a list of areas that have US ingress issues. The more advanced your system gets the more your worth.
