Ronald is right. Check those levels and mers at the node. Then drive to the head end and check them off the transmitter if they are bad there. My downstreams running 38 to 40s. I would hope that everything is set up correctly from the cmts to your narrowcasting and on thru to your transmitters but only way to know is to check it. They didnt leave a sweep point on there did they? Something has to be either be messed up at the source or ingressing in at that freq. somewhere else for it to be that good at 657 but bad at 687. Or you would see the response issue with a sweep.
