It must be that Oklahoma is the new Houston or Dallas. Did that much people really move there? Seriously, look at all the ads online for their markets. And all the companies are making promises to lure any tech over that they can. If there are 100 techs but you need 150, what good does it do to compete with 5 companies for those 100. Shouldn't they all be trying to hire and train 50 new techs to the industry? Or maybe find 50 that got burned? It is an OnO market so there are prolly plenty of those around. Good Luck Okalhoma
