I figure if they have to place an ad here,
There not worth working for,
Cause if they were, they would be able to find local talent
by word of mouth.
Someone who already works for them,
would hook up a family member or friend,
or the talent would find them themselves will looking for a job.
So if they need to look nation wide,
They probably burnt up all the locals.
Just my humble opinion.
