Why you are still working is beyond me! And one more thing!!!! salary or no salary in most states they have to pay you for anything over 40 hrs.! Now how they pay you is the KEY!!! They can pay you in the form of time off the next working week! Also know as "COMP TIME"!!! Call the Labor Broad in your state and that is who will help you with all your ?'s They will ask CUI for all your pay records and they will see if indeed you got paid and if not they will order them to pay you and look at everyones else's pay sheet and get them there MONEY IF OWED ANY!!!!!!!!!!!! THAT IS HOW YOU DEAL WITH THIS!!!!!!!!!
