Yes, KCS in Virginia! Didnt pay splicers in Canada which made the bottom drop out for that contract from what I heard. Even had trouble paying hourly employees from the grapevine. Corp America, in general, appears to be taking a big shi* on the middle class cuz they are pissed that their buddy GW Bush is gone and corporate welfare is coming to an end.
