Call Asplundh they do pole audits with gps locates and tell them you have 10,000 feet to do and ask them for a price then cut it in half and you will make good money if you have all of your own gear.
I know you all think that they are just a tree company, but the do all the power companies right a way locates for new power transmission lines
there was a pole changeout here on my street and a Asplundh guy was there doing the same thing you inquired about.
