I saw this today and had to laugh, looks like some one decided to hook themseves up. ran their own drop from a ped and laid it on the ground feeding a three way splitter. They went to a lot of work when all they had to do was take out the terminator at the ground block.
I'm so glad I got out of the cable business. work Telephone now.....
