Yea why don't you show me how hard the press vetted Obama. Because all I could find was the licking of his shoes. But boy did they come out with a vengeance on anyone in the republican party. Don't ever try to act like there was ANY fairness in the way the coverage was. It wasn't even close. You sit there and say I don't trust anyone I don't agree with. YOU do the same thing. Or didn't you see that? You jump on everything I write and try to discredit it. Most of the time to no avail. Some times and not often you get one. Not once have I seen you respond to anything I have posted anywhere but here and it is to try to put me or my opinions down. Nothing in the other forums on this site. I post nice things too. Never see you respond there so I wouldn't get all sanctimonious if I were you.
I think the book clearly shows that if other countries rise above the US then the US had to fall. It also shows a world order. That means failure, communism or socialism at the very least and we know that always fails. And you didn't read the book so how do you know what it says? The very title should give indication the US isn't strong anymore. Once again Snopes is bias. I use it for the people who trust their bias.
Obama vetted? as you said "OMG" http://libertarianadvocate.blogspot.com/2009/10/with-grateful-hat-tip-to-pat-dollard.html

Vetting Obama
By Robert Novak
WASHINGTON, D.C. -- With Barack Obama nipping at her heels in Iowa, Hillary Clinton went on the state's public television Dec. 14 to say: "I've been vetted. ... There are no surprises."
That was the first use in presidential campaign politics of an unusual word. After losing in Iowa Jan. 3, Sen. Clinton said of Sen. Obama, "Everybody needs to be vetted." Chief Clinton strategist Mark Penn, on the way to New Hampshire, said of his candidate, "She's fully vetted ... and I don't think that process has occurred with Barack Obama." Clinton then told a rally, "Of all the people running for president, I've been the most vetted, the most investigated and -- my goodness -- the most innocent."
