I just hired on with them as a PM in TX.  So far they have been great.  The systems are a little behind the times but they are in the process of upgrading all the systems in my region.  The management above me is very supportive and will actually listen to what you have to say.  The bene's are good and the pay rate is fair.  I came from the contracting side and have  had to make a few adjustments but all in all it's been a very good experience.  They are real big a certifications for all employees and they have the best self promotion program I've seen and I've been around 26 yrs.  The self promo is for the tech's so it puts some responsibility on them the make more money and not just wait for the annual raise to come around.  I will say that the PM position is not just a sit behind the desk position with this company although there is a lot of that involved.  Good Luck
