While I agree whole heartedly with the premise of checks and balances, these assholes are attempting every day to find ways to circumvent the constitution. Case in point; re: panama canal, treaty signed by none other than jimmy peanut fucker carter, although never ratified by 2/3 of the senate allowed communist forces to move in to barracks we built and now control one of the most crucial supply choke points on the planet.
 This guy who resides in the whitehouse and the sec of state hitlery clinton are planning on signing on to this treaty and therefore claiming that it was not them who disarmed U.S. but the world by democracy.ie Mob rules. In most cases 'crooks rule'.. To be vigilant and aware  imo is a far cry from undies in a bunch. My undies have been bunched up for 15 years now..
