My company uses a program called Arris and it works most of the time. We have some issues when they do upgrades and it does not communicate to the billing system and the techs can not update equipment through it. But for the most part it allows communication to the techs, processes equipment, billing codes, close out jobs and allows us to assign jobs through out the day.
