not only that. The ground block is supposed to be outside. Not in the basement. Then you run your ground over to where it needs to be at. Which in most cases. No more than 3-4 feet. Then they are going to show a electrical panel. Never ground inside of a electrical panel. All of my 7 plus years in installs, service and maintentance. I have never had to ground in a electrical panel unless I was running electrical lines. Going to get new guys fresh out of their school fried.
