They're loading techs with 5-7 jobs daily and I wonder who will take the hits on the OTG's?  Our group got hit and got charged back for OTG's that happened during the icestorm, all on jobs we didn't run for 3 days due to unsafe driving and working conditions.  ETA's weren't put in, jobs weren't rescheduled and our OTG rate went from 0.6% to 3.2 % right at the end of December for about 10 OTG's.  There went $500 off of our Christmas.
