Nickel and dime, nickel and dime my brother.
You can only be taxed on your wages and not reimbursement of out of pocket expenses. That would be a federal crime on the employers part for collecting bogus taxes in the name of the government and more than likely not paying those taxes to the government. I say contact the local IRS office and give them copies of your pay stubs.
