Why are you not doing installs ??? $6.25 an hour for being a lead tech ????? As of 07/24/09 the federal minimum wage is $7.25, and for some strange reason Minnesota is $6.15, I don't get it. But what I do get is you are being bent over big time by being paid that for a skilled job and working 53 hours a week. Even at minimum wage with the mandatory overtime your gross should be $431.375 per week which is pitiful in this business and less than what you would get at Walmart.
Go and apply for the lead ice cream tech position at the local DQ and you'll make more $$$$ brother and won't have to deal with all the stuff that comes along with cable today. And you'll be working indoors.
