You ever have a guy come out to treat your drive way or something, and he says, if you can get you neighbors to get theirs done the same day, he can give us all a better deal than if we did it individuallyl? Purchasing power. It's a win - win. The consumer gets a cheaper price. The business gets more customers, and because all the jobs were done on the same day, in the same subdivision, the business saves money too.
This concept has been around for centurys.........
