Re: Health Care Summit.

Healthcare is alot more complex than that.  If I dont want to shop in a store because their prices are too high, I can do that.  If more people feel the same way about the same store, the store will lower their prices or go out of business.  Healthcare is different, because although someone choses not to purchase insurance, they are still going to get treated in a hospital.  On the other hand, I can't decide to boycott a store, then go into the store and pick up a few emergency items without paying.
